Hosting an AI Roadmap Workshop at Zukunft.Digitalisierung 2025
At Softwarepark Hagenberg, the Linz hub led a workshop on enterprise AI roadmaps—from idea to implementation.
According to the BCG Global AI Study 2024, more than 70% of barriers to AI adoption are organisational, not technical. At Zukunft.Digitalisierung 2025—hosted by the IT Cluster of Business Upper Austria at Softwarepark Hagenberg—Young AI Leaders Austria addressed that gap head-on.
What happened
Together with Viktor Loreth, the Linz hub led Workshop 1: “AI Roadmap for the Enterprise – From Idea to Successful Implementation.” The session explored how to integrate AI into strategic management, turning pilots into scalable transformation across operational excellence, innovation, and human experience—aligned with strategy, governance, data, and culture.
The wider programme covered data governance, cyber risk, logistics, process automation, and human-centred industrial AI, with contributions across Upper Austria’s tech ecosystem.

Companies often start with tools instead of structure. A clear AI roadmap helps organisations move from experiments to value—exactly the shift regional digitalisation events should accelerate.
