Invited to Austria’s AI Stakeholder Forum

Young AI Leaders Austria joins the Federal Chancellery’s AI Stakeholder Forum to bring youth voices into national AI policy.

Young AI Leaders Austria was officially invited to join the Austrian Government’s AI Stakeholder Forum—part of the national AI governance structure alongside the AI Policy Forum and the AI Council under AIMAT2030.

What happened

The forum brings together more than 20 organisations for dialogue between government and stakeholders on responsible, future-oriented AI policy. The invitation followed earlier exchange at the Federal Chancellery in December 2024, before the Linz hub was formally founded, and came after the association’s launch and first recruiting phase.

Hub leaders from Linz and Vienna joined this national conversation with support from the programme leadership of Young AI Leaders.

Why it matters

National AI strategy needs the next generation at the table—not as observers, but as contributors. The Linz hub brings a youth community focused on ethical, sustainable, and inclusive AI into Austria’s policy architecture, ensuring young voices are heard where decisions take shape.
