Joining the European Commission’s Apply AI Alliance

Young AI Leaders Austria joined the European Commission’s Apply AI Alliance—a multi-stakeholder forum facilitating dialogue on AI development, deployment, and societal and economic impact.

What happened

The Alliance convenes organisations working on how AI is applied in practice across Europe. For the Linz hub, membership extends youth and community perspectives into that EU-level conversation—alongside the hub’s existing engagement in Austrian and UN AI governance spaces.

Why it matters

Deployment is where principles meet reality. Being present in Apply AI Alliance discussions helps ensure next-generation voices shape how Europe puts AI to work responsibly.
